Whether it’s leaving the military to work in industry or returning to work after raising a family, making a career transition is a challenging experience for many women. Issues like work-life balance and financial considerations complicate this already difficult decision. Join the MITRE Corporation for a career development event on “Tackling Transitions”, where a panel of inspiring women will discuss the tips, tricks, and lessons learned from their own experiences. The event will cover a variety of transitions, including: military to industry, returning to work after raising a family, switching technical careers, and transitioning between academia and industry. We hope to see you there!
