Citizenship information is also required. All attendees must present a government-issued picture ID. Non-citizens with a Green Card should also show their Green Card. About the Speaker
Barbara Borgonovi is the vice president of Integrated Communication Systems (ICS), a mission area within Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems. Borgonovi leads and oversees the ICS organization, whose product portfolio includes protected satellite communications, cryptographic solutions, software defined battlefield radios and Identification Friend or Foe systems. Since joining Raytheon in 2001, Barbara has held numerous challenging positions in program management, supply chain, operations management and quality engineering.
Barbara is the global president of the Raytheon Women’s Network (RWN) Employee Resource Group which works as a strategic partner across the company to drive a culture that supports, values and empowers women. Borgonovi was recognized with the 2017 Gold Stevie Award Most Innovative Woman of the Year in Manufacturing for her leadership and innovations in manufacturing.
Barbara holds a master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is a graduate of Raytheon’s Leadership Development and Leadership Excellence programs.
