Wakefield STEAM Night
Last year, Galvin Middle School hosted their first STEAM night here in Wakefield. It was a big success and the town is excited to move into our second year.
Wakefield STEAM Night 2019 will be an opportunity for educators and professionals from science, technology, engineering, art and math to share their passion for STEAM to Wakefield students and their families.
SWE Boston will have a table set up to show attendees how to make their own Bristle Bots, a simple activity teaches kids about basic circuits. They have a blast watching their creations wiggle around the table on their own!
We just need one more person to help show kids how to put together the simple bots. Please email outreach@sweboston.org to volunteer!
