The SWE- Boston Professional Section presents:

Myers-Briggs: The Impact of Personality in Engineering

Join fellow SWE members and guests for an introduction of personality types as defined by Myers-Briggs. Have you suspected that the toughest challenges you face at work are not technical? We will use concepts developed by Myers-Briggs to explore how your personality type can interact with your co-workers’ personality types. These basic interactions create some of the rich dynamics we observe in the engineering workplace.
