Dealing with Difficult People at Work Two experienced HR professionals will help us recognize the various types of difficult people, propose strategies to deal with these people and our reaction to them, engage us in exercises to practice new behaviors and entertain us with examples from their combined 50+ years of working with managers and employees to solve problems in the workplace. Associate Director, Tufts Career Services with 30+ years of career counseling and HR Experience
After years in HR as a business partner and then managing Analog Devices College Relations Program for 5 years, switched roles by moving to Tufts to work with College students to prepare them to get jobs in industry.
BA in Economics from Tufts and MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Cornell University.

From Logan Airport (BOS):
After exiting from the airport, take the Ted Williams Tunnel to Interstate 93 South. Go south until you see signs for Interstate 90 West (Mass Pike) and head west to Exit 23 (Interstate 95/Route 128). Go north on Interstate 95 for about 15 miles until you see signs for Exit 30B (Route 2A Hanscom Field/Concord). Just off the exit, you will make a left onto Forbes Road. Building 5 is the second building on the right. Building 1 is on the left. Entering either of the buildings, you must proceed to the security desk and register for a visitor's badge.
An alternative route coming from the airport is to head for the Sumner/Callahan Tunnel to Boston. Exiting the tunnel you will look for Interstate 93 North. Continue north for approximately 15 miles until you come to Exit 37B (Interstate 95/Route 128) in Woburn. You will head south towards Lexington for about 10 miles. Look for Exit 30B (Route 2A) to Hanscom Field/Concord.
From points west of Route 95:
If you are coming from the western part of Massachusetts down the Mass Turnpike, proceed to Newton Exit and look for signs to Interstate 95/ Route 128 North. Look for Exit 30B off Interstate 95 to Concord/Bedford. Go up over Interstate 95 and take a left at the first traffic light onto Forbes Road. Directions to the different buildings are the same as above.
From Nashua and points north:
From Nashua you will take Route 3 South to the end (Interstate 95/ Route 128 South) and proceed to Exit 30B (Route 2A) to Hanscom Field/Concord. Take a left at the first traffic light onto Forbes Road. Building 5 is the second building on the right. Building 1 is on the left.
If you are coming from Manchester, New Hampshire, proceed down Interstate 93 to Exit 37B (Interstate 95/ Route 128) in Woburn and head south to Interstate 95/ Route 128.
