Janet Hammill is an employee of Rohm and Haas Company, a global chemicals company employing 16,000 people worldwide. She is a graduate of the Carnegie-Mellon University Chemical Engineering Masters program with an undergraduate degree in Chemistry. In her current position as a Business Process Excellence lead and Master Black Belt she works with team around the world to improve profitability, streamline processes and take advantage of the latest technology solutions. During the past 25+ years she has managed and led teams for GE Plastics, Alcoa and ARCO with line management responsibilities in R&D, technical application testing of plastics and aluminum parts, e-procurement and Six Sigma.

2. Follow Route 495 North for two exits to Exit 23C (Simarano Drive).
3. At the stoplight at the end of the exit ramp, bear right onto Simarano Drive.
4. Follow Simarano Drive for approximately 1 mile to the next stoplight.
5. Turn left at light onto Forest Street. Note: there is no turn signal; there is oncoming traffic.
6. Rohm and Haas entrance is first driveway on your right.
7. Turn right onto driveway and proceed up main road to flagpoles and front rotary.
